Manage and maintain a local radio station.&lt;br /&gt;11. Support the arts and culture of the people of the Upper Tanana Valley region.&lt;br /&gt;111. Compile and maintain an historical record of the area.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Show your support for radio and the Arts by becoming a Duct Tape member.
